It's simply been hidden beneath years of learning who you thought you needed to be.
This week helps you begin to see yourself differently.
To recognise the brilliance that has always been there.
Week Two
What's Getting In The Way?
Why do the smallest things sometimes create the biggest reactions?
Why do you doubt yourself?
Why do you overthink?
Why do certain conversations stay with you for hours?
This week uncovers the emotional patterns, beliefs and unconscious learning that quietly shape your life.
Because you cannot change what you cannot see.
Week Three
The Truth Of You
You are not your anxiety.
You are not your anger.
You are not your self-doubt.
You are not the emotional state you find yourself in.
This week is about separating who you are from what you've learnt, so you can begin living from a place that feels more truthful, peaceful and free.
Week Four
Growing Your Brilliance
Once you can see yourself differently, life changes.
Relationships change.
Decisions change.
Parenting changes.
Leadership changes.
The way you experience yourself changes.
This final week is about strengthening that understanding, so you leave with a new way of seeing yourself and the world around you.
Nobody taught you how to do you.
You learnt how to behave.
You learnt how to fit in.
You learnt how to survive.
But very few of us were ever taught how to understand ourselves.
Why we react.
Why we overthink.
Why relationships feel difficult.
